Storage & Displaying
Temperature Control
-
Store most flowers at 34–38°F (1–3°C).
-
Tropical flowers should be stored warmer, at 55–65°F (13–18°C).
Humidity
-
Maintain high humidity (ideally 75–85%) to prevent wilting.
Avoid Ethylene Exposure
-
Keep flowers away from ripening fruit and vegetables, which release ethylene gas that accelerates aging.
Sunlight & Heat
-
Avoid direct sunlight, heaters, vents, and drafts, all of which dehydrate and damage flowers.
Cleanliness
-
Use clean pails and fresh water to minimize bacteria growth.
Arranging in Display
-
Place flowers in pails with space between bunches.
-
Use half the number of bunches per pail as shipped to avoid crowding and allow for easy customer access.

Care
Water Maintenance
-
Top off water daily with fresh, clean water.
-
Replace water every 2–3 days to prevent bacterial buildup.
Monitor Flower Health
-
Remove wilted or faded blooms promptly to keep arrangements looking fresh and to protect nearby flowers.
